AFRICAN COUTURE SEWING CLASS

Ages: Adults
Location: 1 Howden Road and Virtual
Duration: 12 weeks (24 classes)
Capacity: 5 students
Time: 14.30 pm – 17.30 pm

Class Experience

• This class is designed for students who want to learn Advanced African couture and it is most suitable for students who have taken at least Beginner class 2 training.
• Class content includes an introduction to African couture, Dressmaking, African Breast Cut, sewing techniques, and garment construction.
• Students will be given individual projects to design real-time samples of any of the bodices at the end of the classes.
• No sewing machine is required but if you are planning to bring a sewing machine, please ensure that your machine is clean and in good working condition.

• Pattern papers
• Tailor Muslin
• Sewing Kit* (*students who did not take our Beginner Class 1 will have to buy the Sewing Kit separately or bring along the contents if they have already)

All class fees are final and no refunds will be offered. However, you may receive credit towards a future class if you cancel one week prior to the start of class by emailing us at equipconcepts@gmail.com
